“A convenient family retreat”

A nice and spacious apartment with good variety of kitchen utensils and large living room. Comfortable beds. Beautiful terrace with a covered table, small swimming pool and sunbathing area. Small supermarket right next to the house. Warm hosts greeted us on arrival.

“My Sanctuary”

A spotlessly clean studio, perfect for a couple or solo travellers. Fully equipped studio kitchen ( if you require a full kitchen book the apartment) lots of cleaning supplies and basic kitchen supplies ie: salt etc. This saves you a fortune. Lovely pool area, I was the only resident for a couple of days, it was like having my own private villa. Very green lush garden, citrus trees herbs etc. this was a sanctuary for me. Short walk to both beaches and the shopping centre. The owners were lovely, they understood me. Which as an anxious person I really appreciated. The road can get busy, however this is the only major road that goes south. I disagree with the statement about the banners, this created more privacy. Supermarket directly downstairs Katarina and her husband were something special. If you ever get to hear their daughter sing and play the piano you are in for a treat.

Really lovely apartment, with a small pool shared with only one other apartment, plus a great outdoor eating area. Great location - c 5 min walk through the pine forest down to the beach - turn left to mlini beach (bit quieter) or right to sbreneno beach. Plenty of restaurants on the beach, plus jet ski, paddle board hire etc. Really friendly and helpful owners.

Best place ever. Location close to the beach, supermarket, bus stop and halfway between Dubrovnik and the airport. Garden is amazing and pool is awesome. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the stay. We could checkin earlier since the previous guest had already left.

Simply amazing! The best apartment/stat in the area. The owner is really friendly and helpful, and one can the see the care she put in the apartment in the little details. From the cleaning, to the organization, it was perfect. Definitely will come back here when we visit the region again.

Amazing apartment. Very well equipped, spacious, very clean, excelent internet connection. Every room and kitchen has an air condition/cooler. Beautiful garden providing you a shadow trough the day. Very nice sitting area in front of the apartment by the pool. Alltough we were all day at the beach the pool is definatelly added value for the kids taking a swim at the evening/night. Hosts were very welcoming and really very helpful. From picking up our daugther at the Ćilipi airport, to providing us all the necessary informations ( what to see, how to get by public bus to Dubrovnik, wich restauratns are good, best beaches near by..) to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They were very quick with responses trough the chat and in person. There is a small Supermarket and a public Bus Stop just near by. We will definatelly return. Highly recomended.

“Sunny stay”

Great apartment with a view of the ocean and just a few steps to the promenade and beach. The pool was spotless and the garden a green oasis. The host was service minded and kind. We had a nice stay!

I spent almost 4mths in Dubrovnik and my one month stay at Katarina and Joskos' was the best experience. I received such a warm welcome and care all throughout, Katarina often checked in to see if I needed anything and many times spoiled me with her delicious desserts! Thank you Katarina :) I had the studio apartment which was absolutely perfect for my needs, everything I needed to cook and store was available. The bed was very comfortable and Katarina changed my linen and towels whenever needed. There is a nice little kitchenette to prepare food, two fridges and plenty of shelves for storage. The washroom and shower were a good size, water was always hot from the boiler. Outside, there was a beautiful patio to sit and relax in, there are beautiful trees and a swimming pool. The shop is next to the accommodation and bus stop is around there too, very easy to get the bus North or South. I sometimes got the bus to Cavtat and walked back along the hiking trail :) The backdrop to the apartments is the beautiful mountains which I also hiked many times and enjoyed very much! There are lots of walking routes from the accommodation, I felt very safe always. The nearest beach is less than 5mins walk, there are many places to swim nearby. I had the best time at Katarina and Joskos' and would recommend. I hope to return next Autumn/Winter as this is the best time for me, peaceful but still so beautiful!

“Beautiful and quite paradise”

We had a great stay at House Katarina. Katarina and her husband are very nice and helpful hosts. We took the service to be picked up at the airport, which worked perfectly. The flat is really nicely furnished and has everything you need for a long vacation. Beds and sofa are very comfy. Wonderful is the beautiful garden with the pavilion and pool. We had great meals and drinks in the shade of the pavilion. There is a little supermarket directly below the house where we got everything we needed and a bigger shopping centre only 7 min walking. What we also enjoyed is the beautiful little beach promenade of Milini. It's not crowded but romantic, with great restaurants and bars. The beach is only 5 min away and very clean with great options to go for a swim. We loved the surrounding nature and that Dubrovnik is only a short boat trip or bus ride away. We definitely like to come again!!!
