Overview
Overlooking the Stepanka Forest Park, the luxurious boutique Hotel La Romantica is situated in a quiet part of Mlada Boleslav, just a 3-minute walk from the historical centre and a 5-minute drive to the Skoda Auto company. At the on-site restaurant La Romantica, guests can dine on the adjacent garden terrace in summer, or by the cosy open fireplace in winter. The restaurant offers a wide range of fresh fish and steaks prepared on an open grill, as well as specialties of Mediterranean cuisine. Continental breakfast is also offered. The spacious en-suite guest rooms come with a TV, minibar, air-conditioning and telephone. Free selection of coffee and tea is offered to the guests. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and free parking is also provided. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk. Stepanka Park is vast recreational area with forests, playgrounds, and sporting facilities.D

“Magnificent, quiet and memorable "under the hanging rock"”
Generally La Romantica is like a fairy tale - seems to be carved in the stone, surrounded with old greenery, dreamlikely beneath magnificent, quiet, contemplative cloister. Absolutely marvellous!! I got the room just under the "hanging rock" ;) with small cozy terrace and stairs leading along the rock down. Room was spacious, clean and calm, with a lot of old beautiful details in its furnishing and good energy. Reception staff very nice and helpful - young lady (as far as I remember her name is Teresa.?) showed me the room, asked whether everything is ok. No problem with slightly later check-out and leaving the suitcase if You wish to see the town without luggage. However one thing was really negative, i.e. the behaviour of the cleaning lades in the morning. They were so noisy! They woke me up at ca. 8:00 (!!) with noisy talks and activities. It is understandable, normal and nice to talk and laugh during the day but not so early. Boss please tell cleaning staff that the hotel is for spending the time overnight and resting, which ALSO means sleeping until natural awakening. In XXI century people do not need to wake up with the chickens... I write it not to criticize but to let other quests avoid it.

“The premises and rooms are great, the wholistic experience underwhelming”
The entry and parking were good. The staff always tried to help. I enjoyed the integration of the hotel into the rock wall and the way room access was organized. The room was clean and interesting. One of the few hotels that actually has a minibar. The room had a luggage stand. The bathroom was clean, and warm water ran steadily. Breakfast was good.

Excellent , very helpful and kind staff, beautiful interior design, breakfast was great , very nice location and restaurant in the nature. They offered me a bottle wine and vegan crisps in the room as a present. Everything was amazing.
