The remote staff support was excellent. Initially the door code was not working, but the support over the phone fixed it in less than a minute.

It is very clean and spacious, and the location is excellent. It is very close to a bus stop from where you can go to airport / Aoshima ,/Nichinan area. Free mango juice and ice cream are available. 🥰😍😘 It is also a few min walk to the night life area. Thanks for sending the staff i forget at the hotel to my place. Definitely stay there again when I go to Miyazaki next time.

Spacious and comfortable room and help from staff when needed. Great basket service with friendly staff and delicious, generous variety of foods. The location is very handy, neat the major bus routes that serve the city, lively eateries and the serene river.
