It was compact, like a Swiss Army Knife, it has everything you need in a small form factor. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the area. Everything was very simple, not fancy but it is very affordable and we really love the simplicity of it.

Yeah there were small black spots on the shower walls which came off if you rubbed them, that was quite disappointing. Apart from that it was fine

Wouldn’t recommend we didnt feel safe and it wasnt clean so we left and went somewhere else

There's a lift in the building. Code to get into the building and into the apartment so it felt secure. Nice kitchen and bathroom - had all the basics you need. Comfy room and bed. Washing machine and detergent included.

Authentic Japanese apartment close to one of the main train stations in the city (15 min walk) and the beautiful Oyodo River.

car parking location is far away no clear name on the building struggled to locate struggled to enter as instructions at the auto door were bad need a lot more improvements in the digital transformation of online check-in of such vacant facilities converted to hotel rooms. interesting business model though!

Loved the washing machine and the bedding was comfortable.

There was no communication for the automatic checkin to share the code till the very last date.We had to wait for hours and call the 3 nos mentioned at the door ,we found that none of the nos are working and the company has been taken over by some new entity.At last we had to take the help of Japanese lady who lived upstairs to seek help ,who ultimately called another Customer care/staff no mentioned somewhere at the door,who then ultimately shared the code details for auto check-in.The process took a lot of time,though the room was decent.

“Good place to stay despite terrible weather conditions”

The staff were easy to contact and very friendly. Unfortunately we arrived to the accommodation a day before a massive typhoon hit and our flights were cancelled (twice) Both times we could call the contact number provided in the room and could extend our stay with no added stress. The staff also messaged several times and were very nice to deal with.
