All rooms face the ocean, excellent breakfast in a restaurant with great view, wonderful staff, great lounge area. If I stayed again would book a room with balcony.

“Good value, ocean view, but very noisy port at night”
Good location for the price - although not the best beach on the island, it’s still nice enough for a cool off swim, and walk along. Locals doing the wooden boat rowing is cool to watch. Loved having an ocean view even if it’s just a port. Didn’t take long to walk to main area of Hirara. All the polished concrete gives a modern hotel feel, esp the beautiful small pool area with indoor lounge. No other guests used it, so we used it every day and had it all to ourselves. Sunsets are amazing from this hotel.

“Good stay…love MIYAKO”
The very good breakfast for those who love traditional Asian for Europeans who want sweet there is little offer. The room was small but like all rooms in Japan but very comfortable, the terrace overlooking the sea. Excellent location also for travel.
