Loved the foot bath, it was so nice for sore feet. Nice room - It was the largest room we had the whole trip in Japan. Staff were lovely. Vending machine on-site. Good location. Concierge picked us up from ferry terminal.

This feels so much more than a 3 star hotel. We were in the annexe and the room was huge, great amenities such as straighteners, curlers, pyjamas and a gorgeous bath. Great location to stay and explore the island. Staff were wonderful, giving us a lift back to the ferry port after checking out.

“Amazing experience. Excellent service and location”
Love the staff communication via booking chat. Staff were able to accommodate our needs with shuttle car, checking details and rules. And providing great service for our kaizeki dinner and breakfast sets. Amenities and baths were clean and plentiful bath supplies. Great location if you plan to head to ocean tori gates and mt misen. Staff seniors speak enough english to help our needs and always do accommodating.

“Overall good but some disappointments”
The location is perfect, in a calm area, equal walking distance from the busy tourist streets and the Ropeway station. We were staying at the suite and the room itself is outstanding, with space, a very convertible bed and outstanding view of the Torii and the sea. The people are very nice and the public bath (Onsen) is perfect.
