“Comfortable, convenient”

“A wonderful fusion home (not a hotel). Highly recommended”

The hotel or hostel was actually a traditional 'fusion' family home with a kitchen, full double bedroom with 2 large beds, a lounge and traditional 'tea room' which we used as a second bedroom. All rooms had AC. This was much more that we hoped for. Access was easy, rooms excellent and the apartment super clean.

Amazing location. Well appointed apartment. We were able to drop our luggage off before the 4pm check in.

We like that the property is just across the road from the Jetty. It is so handy to all the shops and tourist attraction. The place is clean, beds were comfortable and have a nice view of the sea. Wish we could stay a few more nights. Check-in and check-out were easy too!

Really large house with plenty of space and more. Futon beds were comfy. Very close to the pier so can head out easily when leaving. Only a few minutes walk from the shopping streets. They were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage in the room earlier than our check-in time so we could walk around without our luggage.

Great location (right next to the ferry port). We forwarded our luggage from the previous hotel so did not have a lot of luggage. The host was very helpful with check in and check out. We were able to leave our small bags earlier that check in so did that after lunch before Mt Misen. The bedroom set up is: 1 bedroom connected to the living room and 1 bedroom connected to the kitchen. There is a living room which can also be used to sleep in, and the three doors into the room can be closed. However please note that one is a glass door into the corridor so there isn’t full privacy if someone is in the corridor (ie the bedroom guests use the corridor to go to the toilet). This worked well for our group.

The island was very quiet at night. Ferries did run until 10.00 at night if you wanted to visit Hiroshima which we did for a show. Local shop stops open until late. Plenty of restaurants and shops open during the daytime.

We loved the style of the accommodation and how spacious it was. The location was great as it is right beside the ferry terminal. The host was also very helpful and responsive with any questions I had before the stay which was greatly appreciated. Overall it was a great experience on the beautiful island of Miyajima and I would highly recommend staying at bhotel. .

Great location , right by the ferry. 10 minutes walk to the Shrine. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Clean and spacious. Excellent communication from the owner.

Large comfortable home across from the pier. Washing machine. Little balcony. Beds though very soft were comfortable. Would be great for a family. Large shower area for Japan.

An excellent option for a group or family. We had a couple, a parent and a friend all stay very comfortably together with private separate rooms, a great lounge/living area and great kitchen. Travel tip... We went to the cable car at 3pm which was a bit too late. There are two main peaks to visit and we only had time to visit one. Go to the cable car at 2pm or before.

Location is super convenient. You basically walk off the ferry to the apartment. This also means you can quickly get to the Itsukushima shrine when it opens (e.g. 6:30am in winter) and avoid crowds. A Lawson is close by. Very spacious and comfortable: For 3 people, the apartment made for a massive home. The multiple rooms and living spaces are smartly arranged so that even with a much larger group, people can relax without disturbing each other. Great communication before the stay with the host, who made sure we have the right info. The stay was so comfortable, that on a do-over we would have stayed on Miyajima and commuted to Hiroshima, instead of the other way around.
