Very friendly, nice and helpful host. He helped us with our stuff and warmly prepared the breakfast for us. Location is good to start hikes and have nice quite stay a little walking around 16 min is required from to the train station. Easy checkin process. Breakfast was fulfilling, great coffee, eggs bread and keeps you full.

David is very helpful and positive. Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect.

It's very traditional, yet well equipped, with a lot of local information. Good location, quiet but 5-6 mins walk to the restaurant area, verybsoacioyand has everything you need, would definitely stay again

“We didn't want this stay to end!”

Our stay was 1000x nicer than expected. Place wonderful, rooms so cozy and also posibility to sit outside near the tables and look directly to the mountais. The brekfast needs another page of story. Every morning, pension owner meet as with asking tea or coffe? Would You like to eat fresh egg and etc... It was different magic expeerience where You feel so important for owner also not just your money for the stay. Thanks a lot of eveything!🌸🦋🌼🙏☺️👌✨️

In the hallway of the house there is a breakfast room on the right, then a kitchen for preparing breakfast on the right. WC and bathroom in the middle and the room on the left are separated from the hallway by a curtain, which means zero privacy for the guests. Decoration: a plastic frog and a duckling cannot disguise a dirty toilet and a moldy shower. The owner drives a new red Jaguar and unfortunately has no more money left to fix the shower door and the lock on the bedroom door. The protruding door moldings were attached with adhesive tape... If I wasn't so tired, I would rather continue driving. It wasn't a breakfast for 2 adults and one child, but rather a diet. Coffee from the Frenchpress tasted miserable. Espresso from machine was not much better. But what can you expect from a person who comes from Scotland? Better to stay overnight anywhere in Alto Adige on the way from the sea, because the quality of accommodation and gastronomy in Italy is incomparable. Never more!!!

Everything, It was beautifully presented and in such a great position to Everything and David was such a fantastic host! Thankyou David especially our last breakfast.

“Lovely stay in a lovely and calm town!”

Lovely location with mountains right outside, just around the corner from a nice walk with a waterfall as well. Big and nice room, room was cool enough despite higher temperatures outside. We arrived late which wasn't a problem at all since we could just retrieve the key outside. Our dog was welcome as well without any issue. Great stay and Mittenwald is lovely! Also just a 15 minute walk to the start of the walking route to the Geisterklamm. Good breakfast as well!
