Comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. This place is really good value for money! It was everything you need for a pleasant stay. A great view of the mountains, a place to sit outside, and a comfortable bed. I would return here the next time I'm in this area.

Nice apartment, perfect for a short or mid long stay! Sebastian was super responsive. Indoor parking is convenient and easy to access! Short walk to city center (15-20) while staying on a, quiet street.

The owner Sebastian is totally friendly and the communication per WhatsApp was prompt and smooth.

A homely and comfortable place in lovely Mittenwald, we loved the outdoor terrace with the view of the impressive mountains. Kitchen has everything you need, lots of living space and a cute dining area. 15 min walk to the town along the river (beautiful walk!). Hosts were really friendly and had great communication. Cleaned to a high standard. So quiet on a night, all you can hear is nature ❤️

Lovely apartment located in a peaceful part of Mittenwald with a pleasant 15 minute walk into town down the side of the river. Underground parking for motorbikes. Comfortable & we enjoyed the outside seating area (Apartment II).

“Great apartment in a beautiful little town”

We had a great stay here. It was in a great location and we had spectacular views from the terrace, which felt very private. It was easy to get into when we arrived (there was a key code) and the owner was really helpful and good at communicating. It was in a quiet part of town but a 10/15 minute walk to the centre and past the most stunning scenery - we were in awe every time we walked in. We also had a parking space in the garage below, which stayed cool during the hot summer weather. The property was clean. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The hosts met us upon our arrival and they were very friendly giving directions and advice on what to see. We came to Mittenwald to do some hiking and even though this apartment is a bit further out of the city centre, it's quite a short walk to the main attractions as well as a rather quiet neighbourhood. The terrace of the apartment is superb with a view of the mountain. All in all, I'd definitely come back to stay at this place again!

Location of room is about 10-15 mins walk from central bus station, but it is wonderful, especially in the noon we feel to walk a lot around and enjoy nature. Host is really nice guy, he gave us call to enquire about checkin, provided us info about surroundings. Room is super clean, contains almost every facility including the kitchen equipments and utensils as well. Overall, very happy with choice of room.
