“Wonderful location and staff”
We loved the location of the hotel, and the staff, who were both generous with their time and their patience. The staff on the front desk were so helpful in changing our original room which was at the front of the hotel and on a busy road. The room was very warm, and we couldn't open the windows due to the noise, but the staff moved us to a room at the back of the hotel, which allowed us to open the windows, which meant a wonderful relaxing stay. The hotel has a wonderful charm about it.

“Excellent Location”
Onsen water is good! Makes your skin feel so smooth after bathing. Hotel is just opposite the Mito Station. Do note that if you have heavy luggages, you should walk straight out of the station by the North exit, DO NOT TURN RIGHT, and you will find an elevator after roughly 100 meters. Otherwise you can turn right once you exit the station and just use the overhead bridge to get to the hotel faster.

“Onsen hotel right outside Mito Station”
1 min walk from Mito train station and connected by an overhead bridge, and there's Family Mart on the way. Even though the hotel was large, it didn't feel crowded and the room was absolutely quiet. In-room decor also looked new, like a boutique hotel. Public onsen was of reasonable size, but never got very crowded so it was ok.

“Nice stay in front of Mito station”
Very good location, even though in front of Mito station they have parking lots next to the hotel. The rooms are renovated except bathroom. Decent atmosphere.
