I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful with a transportation problem even though they couldn't solve it for me. The hotel is well located right next to train station and above bus terminal. Unfortunately I didn't get to the lake as I ran out of time.

Our 4th stay at this wonderful hotel!. As usual the staff were very professional but also friendly and between their English and our very limited Japanese we got buy. We have had a number of different rooms over the years and usually have a King Room but decided on. Superior twin this time as we were only stay a few days. Perfectly adequate size even with all of our suitcases and the bed extremely comfortable. Can’t understand why this hotel does not have a higher rating??.

Most convenient location in the centre, close to the railway / bus stations. Many restaurants and shops are also in the closest vicinity of the hotel. Reasonably close to the river, lake to have a nice walk. Beatiful gardens also in the walking distance. Best room hotel service.

Rooms furnishing but hotel is undergoing a well deserved renovation. Breakfast buffet has been greatly reduced, with no choice of eegs. I miss that.

Breakfast was decent, but the best part was that they had local Saza coffee there. Delicious. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay again.

the hotel is located directly in front of mito station. this is really convinion when you arrive by train or bus service. the taxi station is also direct in front of the hotel. at the beakfast buffet you can choose between japanese and western food. there is no huge selection, but everyone should find something. the entire food is fresh and is constantly added.

Great location to train station. Good choices of breakfast items, both Japanese & western, staff very curious, helpful & pleasant. Hotel, rooms & lobby clean & airy. Will stay next time I’m in Mito.
