“Totally exceeded my expectations, will recommend to friends”
Totally exceeded my expectations. The onsen & other facilities such as the massage chair was so good. I wish we could use the massage chair in the morning but it was not available. Anyway we were thrilled with the overall service.

“Value for money”

“Clean and quiet rooms close to Mito Station”
Quiet and comfortable room, I slept very well. Evening ramen service is included for all guests and starts at 9:30pm. Location is good, about a 10-minute walk from Mito Station. Price was better than other hotels in the area for the weekend that I stayed.

Everything was perfect. The onsen was nice, the staff great, breakfast very delicious, they had late night ramen for free as well as ice cream. The rooms were rather spacious for Japanese standards and super clean! Location was gut as well, about 12 min walking from the station.

The staff, especially the front desk (a bit less the restaurant) - they really give you a 5 star treatment. The location of the hotel. The ramen in the evening. Easy parking. Quite nice breakfast, given the price.

“I can recommend it!”
Great hotel with services I didn't expect - free beautiful clean onsen, ice cream in the afternoon, probiotic drink in the morning, wide selection for breakfast, free noodles in the evening, great location for my needs. Next time I will look for this hotel brand again when traveling in Japan.

Clean, close to the station and with really friendly and helpful staff. It’s everything you expect from a Dormy Inn. The bath area was particularly good.

“Cosy Onsen Hotel”
The free coffee in the morning & ramen and yakult at night is a nice touch. Also liked that they have an onsen. Room was comfy with all the amenities. Location is also central.
