I had a pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent, right across from the airport. Since I didn't have any luggage, it was only about a 5 minute walk from the terminal. The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean and quiet. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Really convenient location - while there is a free shuttle bus, the hotel is actually only a 5min walk from T3 (just across the road) which made it very easy to get to and from the airport, even with luggage in tow. Great soundproofing as well - absolutely no noise from the main road or airport.

Best hotel I ever stayed in Canada. Clean, kind staff, awesome hot continental breakfast, well thought through amenities. Extremely comfy beds with real cotton linen. Such a rarity these days in the ages of cheap plastic.

I have stayed at the attached hotel many times. Having stayed at the Element I really enjoyed the "Suite" style rooms.

Location, reception, cleanness, breakfast.

Breakfast hours were not available for our early departure. The room was excellent because of the layout and amenities. The bathroom lighting was just right. Congratulations to the room design team.

Everything basically - the excellent staff at reception, breakfast and the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. Specially Prasant at reception went out of his way to help out and cleaning staff who are most instrumental in keeping the Element as shiny and clean is people like Marlene who was very helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, specious and furnished with little kitchen and loved the blanket and the bed which was very comfortable. The swimming pool with hot whirl pool was the highlight of the hotel. Overall there was very good vibes as soon as you enter the hotel.
