“This was a great place to stay and we'll be staying here again when we visit Abbotsford!”
We loved staying here. The Jane, the owner, loves her animals. Her Great Pyrenees had just had their puppies and she let us pet them. The dogs are really gentle and didn't mind us being with their puppies. The dogs are used to guard the property from predators so occasionally we'd hear them at a distance at night doing their job protecting the property. There are lots of goats here. One of the goats is named Carl. Carl doesn't realize that he's a goat because he was bottle fed when he was born. So he thinks he's a dog and should hang out with people. We were given a dozen eggs from Jane's chickens and the eggs were great! The roosters didn't bother us at all because she didn't let them out until around 10am. The animals don't smell. The apartment was on the second floor above an out building so we had a good view from the second floor patio of the farm and the animals. It was big and clean and no complaints at all. There were lots of streaming choices on the TV. The chairs were comfortable in the living room. Everything you'd need in the kitchen to make your own meals is there. There is lots of space in the apartment and you don't feel cramped. If you come back at night there are enough lights on the property to park and enough decorative lights for your apartment to get inside without a problem. It was nice and quiet and you don't hear any busy roads. It was a good location to get to Golden Ears Provincial Park. We will come back!

Full kitchen, exactly as we expected. We loved our stay, it is in a cottage farm setting, with goats, chickens and dogs on property. The fresh eggs where much appreciated.

The place was about the most comfortable b&b I have had the pleasure to stay at. The place was roomy, well furnished,with everything that we could want.We were greeted warmly, and not once were we bothered by our hosts who were readily available on site .As a couples romantic getaway? This was perfect.Great surroundings and a great atmosphere.. we will definitely be returning.. it was .the best we have ever been treated at any B&B . anyplace.. We will be staying there again for sure. The host is an amazing lady who made it clear that she was available for anything we required.she was gentle and kind. We can't wait to get back for a longer stay. At 6 Pines
