“Perfect view of the mountains”
• The check in process was very easy and relaxed. • Yaqoob and his family were very pleasant, informative, and gave good local advice for restaurants. • The view from the balcony was beautiful! We wish we had stayed longer than one night. • We recommend going to ‘Mountain Burger’ for dinner which is very close. Best burger we ever had.

“Great for exploring Misfat and surroundings”
Great location. It has a view over Misfat Al Abriyeen but is easy to get to. The hotels in the old village are tricky to access if your luggage is anything but backpacks. Big room. Nice breakfast. Clean. We stayed one night but could easily have stayed longer.

“Great place to visit Misfah”
Location is great - just above the canyon, next to one of the steps down. Huge room with clean and comfortable bathroom. Bed is good enough as well. Ac is working, what else is needed for 1-2 nights. Water/tea/cookies are always available at free of charge.

The location is great. The room is spacious and clean. Beds are vertly comfy. The shared kitchen was available to prepare tea/coffee/light breakfast. Drinking water was provided. The owner of the place is friendly and guided us well on hoelw to arrange our activities. He also helped to arrange transfer from/to Muscat. We had a beautiful terrace with the view of the oasis farms and old village. The entrance to the walking path inside the farm area was nearby and we had a great walk to reach the old village.
