Place is quite good and best deal for a family of 7 to 10. Price is friendly. Shams View point 1 is just 20 min drive. Place is clean and owner is responsive. Definitely recommends for friends or families visiting jebel shams.

A place worth recommending. Perfect location. It's hard to find a better base for exploring the canyons. Very helpful host of the guesthouse. The facility is atmospheric, clean and well-equipped. It is important to remember the local climatic conditions, where water is a scarce commodity. If I'm in those areas again, I'll definitely go back there.

Our host was most friendly. Please note that you are in the middle of nowhere there’s no restaurants nearby. I recommend using WhatsApp to contact the host in order to arrange whatever you need. In our case he had the time to arrange dinner was which great. He might not always have the time, there is a small kitchen available but it has no ingredients like oil so you will need to take everything yourself

Very good location, very close to "Jabal Al Shams" 5-10 minutes far from the top of Jabal Al Shams. Safe place for family. Surrounded with mountains from all side. Owner was very kind and supportive. We like the place.

Easy and quick communication with the host who was very pleasant. AMAZING views from the location. Very close to see the Grand Canyon, and also not far from Wadi Nakher which also has stunning view. Very quiet. BBQ facilities were great- it was our activity for one evening and really facilitated family time which was one of our main reasons for staying here. Enough garden chairs and tables. Really nice outdoor space. Spacious fridge and freezer. Ample parking space in the drive. En-suite in all three bedrooms. Extra blankets under the double bed in the main bedroom I STRONGLY advise you arrive during daylight. This house is literally in the middle of the mountains and the route up the mountain takes several sharp turns and there is zero street lighting- I love adventures but I have to say it was scary driving there in pitch black (we arrived 2230). I'd also advise to bring warm clothes as it does get cold at night despite the blankets

Good option if you want to visit Balcony walk. Nice place to stay with kids as they can spend time in the garden. Can accomodate up to 6 people, or 7 with kids sharing 1 big bed.
