Great place, cooler in the mountains, private pool and view are excellent. Also good firm beds. Nice host, we visited tortoises in the main building and even had a tour of the garden. Highly recommended!

Our stay at The Olive Tree can only be described as marvellous. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, the neatly kept garden is a pleasure to spend time in and the pool is small, but extremely clean and very pleasurable for a quick cool-down. Still, the real highlight are the people who make all of this happen. Marise and Christophe are extremely friendly and courteous people. They really went the extra mile with a delicious dinner on our first day alone, but also, they provided fresh fruit from the garden (how amazing is this!) and breakfast ingredients for our first morning. They were incredibly helpful with advice, contacts and regular check-ins to make sure that our stay went as smoothly as possible. Their staff took exceptional care of house, garden and pool - we couldn't have asked for more.

Set in the lush hills above Victoria, so tranquil and comfortable but within easy reach of Victoria and the Hypermarket.

Marise and Christopher were amazing hosts with big hearts.We loved their hospitality and they made us to feel at home. We loved the house and the views and the peaceful environment.The apartment had everything what we needed including washing machine. It was very well equipped and we lacked nothing.Great central location. We would wish to stay more!

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped - especially if you're travelling with a baby. The views are wonderful and the hosts are so welcoming. Great central location to explore other parts of the island but a car is essential.

Everything was great, Marise and her partner are very helpful. Apartment was clean and comfortable. The place is beautiful. It is the best to have a car there because with this location you would need a car to go anywhere (or you can use bus).

We had a great and memorable stay in Olive Tree Villa. Very clean and comfortable villa. You can find everything you need in the villa. Nice and clean pool. Very beautiful views of mountains and the sea. Air con in the rooms helps you have a good sleep. Good location with easy access to other places both with bus or taxi. The hosts Marise and Chistophe are wonderful. so kind and helpful. They help you all the time to manage your time and help you to arrange the tours or whatever you want. They are so flexible in the time of your arrival and departure into the villa and help the guests as much as they can. I highly recommend you to choose this place.

“Fabulous”

The hosts, Marise and Christoph, were very helpful, kind, friendly, approachable, and very organised.The apartment was incredibly massive, spacious, and very clean. The apartment has everything you will need; from everything you could possibly want in a kitchen to the bedroom. As a lady that has a religious skin care regime that includes about 8 steps, I was happy to find that there was a chair right infront of the mirror in the bedroom. It made it so convient to sit than stand in the bathroom for several minutes/ an hour. Marise was also kind to let me use the pool allocated for the villa, for the entire duration of my stay, to improve my swimming. I highly recommend the Olive Tree to anyone coming to Seychelles and intend to stay in Mahe Island.

The apartment is really nice and cozy. The garden/pool area is amazing and from there you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Location is aprox. in the middle of the island, so it is perfect base to explore the place. The hosts Marise and Christophe are really nice and helpful. They showed us around and they provided our apartment with baby accessories for our baby.

The property has tortoise and rabbits that's a good entertainment for kids. The hosts let us harvest bananas, papayas, passion fruits ☺. Marise checked up on us frequently, and even offered transport to shopping center at affordable rates. Christophe showed us around the garden, explaining a thing or two about the various trees. I would stay here again. The view and quietness is amazing! Thank you Marise & Christophe!

“Very comfortable stay with a great host in Philippa!”

Our stay at The Olive Tree was really great. The host, Maryse was on vacation and she had asked her niece, Philippa to take care of us during our stay. She is an exceptional woman who sometimes went beyond her way to make us feel comfortable. The facilities at this self-catering apartment are really nice and the view from outside is really beautiful. The property is surrounded by fruit trees and we were also able to taste some of the passion fruit from the trees (yum!). I would recommend this property without any hesitation to families or couples who want to stay on a quiet little hilltop villa with a spectacular view.

Amazing view from both sides and you can see really amazing view all time. The room was clean and comfortable. The house is really big and you can stay at many places: two terrace, leaving room, pool area and garden. The dinner that the owner made for us was good.

We are happy that we chose Olive tree for our stay in Seychelles. Great view from the terrace. The height of the building's location was an additional tourist attraction. The spacious interior of the apartment - Nice house, spacious rooms. Kitchenette - fully occupied, coffee machine, drinking water. It has a very nice pool, trampoline, and the garden is beautiful with little rabbits, tortoise as well. Marise, thank you so much for your warmest hospitality and care! Everything was just dazzling. Christopher was a real help in taking us on a tour to the mountains and beaches and became one of our closest friends. We will surely recommend our pals to stay when they land in Seychelles, and of course, we will visit again. Thank you.
