The homely feeling,

Great accommodation, highly recommended! The homestay is located near the sea with a very tasty, typical local breakfast. Dinner was also very delicious. Owner is very friendly and helpfu by organising a driver.

The host family were very friendly and helpful. The property is a 2 minute walk from the beach. The beach may not be the biggest but it is great for snorkelling from - we saw so many different fish there. We also swam with turtles there too! Our host explained the best place and time to see the turtles. He was also kind enough to lend me some fins. There are 2 different balconies to use at the property for meals. Also a kitchen, with a kettle, to make a hot drink and a fridge. The host has a tuk tuk, and he took us to Mirissa one day and onto our next accommodation another - both prices were very fair. The breakfast was good and we had lunch there one day too, which was also very tasty. There are several good restaurants in easy walking distance.

The beach is really close and we enjoyed a lot. The breakfast is good and when we asked for something extra like toasted bread, they did! The hosts are helpfull and always trying to help you. The room is good, mainly just to sleep that was our case. There are some restaurants really close as well if you want to eat.

“One of the best value for money experiences, clean, quiet, at the beach and kind family”

The house is directly infront of the beach where you can go for swimming saftely, very quiet located and very clean and we could also ask for a cooker in the community kitchen. The host and his family are very kind and discrete. They have a tuk tuk and he gave us a ride in the end to our next destination for a good price. Super experience!

Really liked the family we stayed with. They were super nice and helpful. The freshly prepared breakfast every morning was great. Also the beach near the house is very quiet and pleasant.

The room is nice and clean, and the hosters are really nice 😊 it’s really near the beach where you can see turtles! The breakfast it’s homemade and also really good.

“A perfect stay by the beach”

The location was perfect. It was 1 minute walk away from a beautiful beach with very few people. We could hear the sea from our rooms like a lullaby. The host Tennyson, his wife and daughter were kind and caring and provided us with delicious dinner and breakfast. There is a small pantry where guests could make their own tea or coffee and a refrigerator to keep their food cool. The rooms were air conditioned and spacious and had hot water for shower. There were books and board games for guests. The view from the dining area offered us the sea and two peacocks 😍. For those who wish to do water sports there are facilities to swim with turtles, snorkeling and diving and boat rides offered by spots near the beach. Amazingly we could watch both the sun set and sun rise from the same beach. We were told that there are turtles in the sea nearby and we could even feed them, and that turtles come to lay eggs in the night , but we didn’t wait to see it. The white Sandy beach is perfect and sea is good for bathing and swimming.

Nice place in a perfect location for me. A little away from the noise of Mirissa and a few dozen meters to a hidden beach with almost no tourists. There are wonderful turtles with which you can dive. The owners are very helpful and the breakfast is sufficient. There is a scooter rental nearby😀

“Best value for money”

Place was decent, we have all villa for our group, nice breakfast. Best value for money.

The host was very kind and even borrowed us his snorkeling equipment and told us where to find turtles🤩 the breakfast was very good! We also got a free upgrade to a bigger room! Without ac it's a little bit hot, but to be fair we had the option to have it but denied. So best to take the AC option :) Thank you so much for the nice stay!

Great location. Turtles in the sea every morning. Little Sandy beach Just 30metres on the coast with little coral reef with many fishes. Beautiful terrace where the breakfast is served. Owner has tuktuk And take you everywhere you need for a reasonable price. They even cook. Clean.

“Great value, lovely family, v, good food, calm quiet location but near enough to get a tuktuk to bar”

The breakfast was tea or coffee and each day a different kind of sweet or savory snack and 3-4 kinds of fruit; for me it was all excellent. I also had string hoppers with daal, and rice with four curries as two different dinners; all the food was very good and plentiful (in fact on both occasions I put some in the fridge to eat for lunch the following day). The female house members were adorable, very clean and helpful, and the male manager Mr Tenniser reliable and helpful (for example providing me an extension lead so i could work on the balcony. The place is very close (3 min walk) to a sandy beach with easy access to the sea and moderately good snorkelling and 1 minute from a rocky beach which also allows access. The mosquito net was good and bed comfortable.
