The hotel has a very good location and is well situated for exploring the area. The price-performance ratio was also fair, especially compared to other places nearby. Overall, the hotel was relatively clean and everything was basically fine for a short stay.

Breakfast was so lovely we had full breakfast and service was top notch and staff are extremely friendly and provided that everything that we would like to have. A clean and nice environment. Tea and coffee was available anytime

“Great, good value place to stay”
Great place to stay. A family run hotel and they really go out of their way to make sure everything is OK. The hotel is nice and quiet, as it is away from the main road. Beach a few minutes walk. Many of the beachside hotels are either ridiculously expensive or very poor quality. My advice would be ignore them. My room was bigger than any I had stayed in Sri Lanka, had a kettle and fridge. Breakfast was prepared taking into account personnel likes and dislikes. In the morning its nice to sit on the balconyandwatch the monkeys playinginthe trees. If you are looking for a good value place to stay in Mirissa / Turtle Bay, this is the place for you.

Comfy beds. Helpful and friendly staff. Well working AC. 10 min walking distance to the main beach. 5 min to turtle beach. Big balcony. Hot water. Mini fridge and free drinking water.

“Excellent hotel in a brilliant location.”
Beautiful room with balcony looking out over the jungle. Huge rooftop terrace with amazing views out towards the sea and perfect for watching sunset. Lovely friendly family owners, great location, just a few minutes to the beach and restaurants.
