“nice place near the beach”
The place is an entire first floor of a two floor house. Three nice spacious bedrooms, a big living room and a kitchen. There is a yard with a veranda if you want to sit outside. Beach is 5-10 minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby that offer a variety of foods - both western and local.

The entire first floor is available for rent. The owners live on the second floor and they have their own staircase, so nobody will disturbed you. The apartment turned out to be even too spacious for a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped, the WiFi worked great and was free. It was clean enough. The location of the guesthouse is extremely advantageous - close enough to all infrastructure, at the same time the place is very quiet.

“I preferred more comfort. But my children loved it.”
The property was owned /run by a lady and son who lived up stairs. The property was clean, and tidy well kept. Had a large kitchen, plus fridge/freezer, sink etc. Plus a one ring burner to cook with. 3 bedrooms all with fans and mosquito nets. Great location if you are a surfer,or beach bum, in walking distance of shops, restaurants, beach etc , which was so handy. Plus tuks on the every street corner..

“Great value for money in Mirissa”
The location is great, along a little lane not far from beach and restaurants and main street. The apartment is roomy. Very clean. Good for a family or group of people.

“Safe and excpetionally clean place”
Very spacious apartment and exceptionally clean. Comfortable living room and dining area. Easy check in and check out. They actually did not have free parking spaces at their property as stated in the listing, but we were allowed to park at the neighbours infront.

This was by far the best place we have stayed in so far in Sri Lanka!!! A real home away from home.. .3 bedrooms all with perfect mosquito nets and ceiling fans and a comfortable lounge and dining area....kitchen with everything we needed....hot water and good WiFi....location perfect ...a short walk from the main road and beach....would definitely stay there again.
