We loved the good care of the family running the hotel. They were the most friendly and kind People we met in Sri Lanka. The breakfast is really good (a full plate of fruit, egg, bread, a Sri Lankan Special and a dessert)! Across the street is turtle beach and a few minutes walk is Mirissa Beach. The room was spacious and very clean.

Best Hotel in Sri Lanka with the Best Breakfast ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – The owner and family here welcomed us very warmly and made us feel completely at home. The hospitality was exceptional - the host and the entire family are kind, loving and genuinely caring. They guided us very well and made sure we were comfortable at all times. It felt like staying with family rather than in a hotel. The rooms were very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and delicious. The location was also perfect - very close to the beach, with lots of restaurants nearby, making it easy and convenient to enjoy everything around. We were extremely happy with our stay and would happily give it a 10 out of 10. We definitely look forward to returning in the future. I would recommend Tropical Inn to my friends and family without hesitation. Thank you for making our stay so special.

The family who run this place is warm and fantastic. So nice and helpful with everything. The room is big, clean and have everything you need. The breakfast is very good with eggs and fruits, yoghurt and bread. Good coffee! Great situation in Merissa, turtlebeach just across the road.

Superb location. Big room and bed and bathroom. Towels provided and excellent breakfast. The family that run it are incredibly friendly and will do anything for you. Nice balcony also. This is basic done extremely well, and the price was superb, excellent value for money.

Lovely location opposite the path leading to turtle beach. Right in the main road but in a really nice green area. The host family were exceptionally kind and polite helping with everything from transport to laundry.
