It looked like the room was not cleaned for at least couple of weeks, dirty sheets on the bed, dirty bathroom. The fan only works on maximum speed or not working at all. No light in the room as windows are tinted black for some reason. The staff is one young guy who sits on the phone or watches TV 24/7. Had to ask for towels and soup couple of times and got dirty towels….. They wanted payment upfront with very bad currency exchange.

“Not the cleanest but decent for it's price”
Very much in the centre and good price. The fan cooled us enough not to need an AC. Owners were great.

The room was spacious and clean! The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. The location was perfect for exploring Mirissa!

I liked the most that this hotel is very close to Mirissa beach and Weligama beach. And there was a value for the money paid. The cleanliness of the room and the staff provided friendly service. I really believe that i made a good choice in choosing this hotel.
