Malith was wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. It really felt like we were in a beach house all to ourselves 😊

Amazing place! Chandi the guy who works there couldn’t do enough for us. We released baby turtles into the sea. The breakfast was gorgeous and we ate with our hands like chandi suggested. I would definitely book again

Location is fantastic, right on a private beach. Only a few minutes from Mirissa Beach by tuktuk. The staff are fantastic. Indika is a an absolute gent and very attentive. His manner and smile are infectious. I would definitely return to the Beach House.

“Gorgeous but a long way to go to live up to being a luxury stay”

Reveal has 4 of such villas here and a boutique hotel. Of these properties this is undoubtedly the most exclusive with only six rooms. It also has superior beach access, with the pool area spilling out onto the beach. You need to be aware that the beach here varies every 50 metres, going from a wide stretch of beautiful yellow soft sand, to narrow strips, to stones to breakers prohibiting access to the water. The lantern hotel for example has a mediocare beach in front of it, seperated with an ugly mound of plastic and sand from the pool area. That being said, waves are super strong around here, not like Mirissa beach. We were very pleased with the location of this villa, ita cleanliness, the pool and the beach. HOWEVER..... We were travelling as a family of four with kids asking for adjecent rooms. On arrival it turned out we we were relegated to an outhouse not actually connected to the villa, and our kids were placed at the opposite end of the villa. Unlike the photos, our ocean view room had the tiniest strip of a balcony, too narrow to fit the four of us for a family evening together. Even though the room was substandard to the ones advertised, the price was the same. The solution offered to address us being separated from our kids was to move us to one of the other cheaper properties. No balcony, dark rooms, beach access not as good. No reimbursement for difference in price offerred. We stayed where we booked andwere offerred no apology, not evwn a complimentary cocktail/bottle of wine.

The room was lovely. They upgraded us to a suite in the main hotel as the room we had booked had problems. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast

Wonderful, spacious property with great attention to detail in the decor and finishing. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff who helped in terms of connecting us with drivers, and well as late check out.

Expensive for the condition. Hotel in need of renovation if it wants to charge this per night

This was our favourite hotel out of our 10 day trip. It benefits from a boutique feel with a good level of privacy. We were fortunate that it was the offseason and they upgraded us for free to a sea view room for free. Dumin was amazing and really looked after us in the afternoon with drinks etc.. he even booked us a tuk tuk for the sunset at coconut hills. Room and breakfast more than met our expectations for the price.

Great location, better food (especially local kitchen) and absolutely perfect staff: although it's unfair for those not mentioned, because everyone was super helpful and friendly; special shout outs to Malith and Ajith for their great service at our table!

“Place with a great view and cozy bed however price was higher than similar hotels.”

The property is just above average, however, the per day room rent is higher than value. Hotel staffs were tough to communicate. Pool had strange chemical in it, after having a swim at the pool our eyes burnt like fire. Breakfast was average. But the bed and washroom was really cozy and I had a sea view ocean suit room which had a great sea view, which made me to stay there one extra day.

The suite we've stayed was lovely and had a private pool for us. The room had all the amenities that you might need, and the bed was very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast, both very nice and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
