“Good budget friendly accommodation”

Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Decent room, clean with comfortable bed. A balcony looked over the back yard where you could see some birds in the trees and sometimes a visit from a peacock. Some decent restaurants on the street and a 5 minute walk away from the beach and shops. Wifi was usable for basic usage.

The staff was very friendly and the location is excellent, close to the beach and many restaurants. The furniture is a bit old and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I stayed for 5 days and needed to ask for fresh towels, and the room was not cleaned during my stay, although I believe it would have been done without any problem if I had asked. I stayed in a room on the top floor, where there was a peacock on the roof every morning, which could be quite loud.

Staff were extremely helpful and advised us on different activities that were nearby. Ideal location, 3 minutes walk to beach and close to restaurant.

This property is located very next to Mirissa main beach. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Also there are Cafes nearby so it is easy to get some brunch and dinner. We had some issues with AC in our room as it was not cooling properly and it was quite humid. But owner was kind enough to give us other vacant room with good air condition.

Huge rooms, nice shower, super comfy beds, small balcony with trees around and two peacocks in the vicinity to wake you up at 6.30 every morning. That was more than enough for us.
