“Great choise while staying in Mirissa”
Location is perfect and the hosts are very kind and friendly. Very tasty breakfast - I spent there three nights and everyday got different Sri Lankan food to try. Had a room with a bathroom, really clean.

We had a pleasant stay at Sun Vivanta Resort in Marissa. The room and attached bathroom was very clean and maintained. The host were very welcoming and assisted us in booking the whale watching tour for reasonable price. We had opted for breakfast and were provided with a wholesome breakfast of sri lankan egg hoppers, omlets, jam and toast and fruits. Would definitely recommend staying here as it is walkable distance from Marissa beach and multiple restaurants.

“Walk and welcoming”

“Awesome stay! Look no further!”
There’s a reason why this homestay has such good reviews and scores. From the moment we came in, we were greeted by a lovely and caring family. Breakfast are awesome and huge (they even changed the menu on our second day). Room is spotless, comfortable with wardrobe, table and kettle. Bathroom is actually as big as the room, with hot water shower. AC and fan worked really well and location is unbeatable, just 5/10 min walk from the beach and shops. If back in Mirissa, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks for having us!

From the moment I arrived, the hosts made me feel at home with their warm welcome and genuine care. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and their kindness made my stay extra special. The location was peaceful yet close to everything — surf spots, cafes, and the ocean. I’m so grateful for their hospitality and can’t wait to come back. “A true local home stay”
A true local home stay experience. They took care of my baby as their own. Not a fancy place but very close to centre and yet very quiet in the evening, and also full of love and smiles. I guess I will remember this place for a long time.
