“Nice Villa front beach, but difficult for Sea swimming.”

Nice Villa front beach, well designed. Comfortable garden and swimming pool, direct access on the beach. Bedrooms are quite spacious and comfortable with a small privated terrasse. Staff team is welcoming and supportive. Many furniture to relax and chill.

“Charming villa with private flair”

This is a private villa with only four rooms. It feels like visiting friends, not staying in a hotel. The place is beautifully designed with a nice garden and terrace overlooking the little beach, where turtles come to play in the water in the evening. It’s outside Mirissa and very quiet. Lovely and helpful staff.

With only four rooms and an air of calm and quality this was a very relaxing place to stay. The freshly prepared breakfast with an amazing view over the ocean and our traditional Sri Lankan evening meal were excellent. Watching turtles swim along the anurf during the early evening made it extra special. All the staff were very helpful arranging our tours and sorting tuk tuks for us. Alex in particular was superb.

Amazing spot, right on the beach with turtles feeding in the waves. Facilities were great, staff all lovely and the food was delicious.

“Tranquility next to the sea”

Beautiful colonial building with only 4 bedrooms so it felt exclusive and never crowded. Lovely garden overlooking the ocean where you could spot turtles in the surf. The staff were very attentive and friendly Mr Alex, the restaurant manager makes wicked cocktails and the chef cooks up some wonderful food. We stayed in the sea view room which was very spacious, clean and comfortable although the lighting was sparse, so when the daylight had gone the room was a bit gloomy. The Villa is situated about a 20 minute walk (or 7 minutes take tuk tuk ride to Mirissa Beach. ,

“Perfect escape from”

This place is an oasis from busy Mirissa and the busy main road. The views, the pool and the garden area are incredible The staff were very nice and the food was delicious. The kottu and beetroot curry were a highlight for us.

The cleaning of the pool was done without drying it, so the whole dirt stayed in the water

“Bliss setting and delightful staff”

Such a beautiful, relaxing, calm location and setting. The staff can’t do enough for you - we ate there the first evening and the food was delicious. Breakfast was truly special as well with fresh fruit and juice everyday, homemade jams and cakes. Truly delightful

“Serene, stunning and friendly”

The property was situated right on the beachfront. There are only four rooms and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet this afforded us. The staff were always friendly and helpful and looked after us well. We had a sea view room which was absolutely stunning and it was lovely to lie in bed watching the waves. We also saw turtles from the hotel garden. The pool was lovely to cool down in. The breakfasts were fabulous and we particularly enjoyed the Sri Lankan option.

A very tranquil and relaxing boutique hotel with beautiful view out over the ocean. All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Comfortable sunbeds and lots of shade available under the trees. The pool is a lovely temperature. Very comfortable bed and lovely large bathroom. Breakfast was great with a really good choice.

Absolutely stunning yet perfectly central location with a gorgeous view of the sea. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The food was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed another night — we didn’t want to leave!

“A perfect and relaxing stay for six days ❤️”

We stayed for six days and immediately felt relaxed and at home. Everything about Saltasia was fantastic! Very clean and beautiful gardens with pool overlooking the sea……spotting turtles from our sun lounger was such a privilege. Amazing sunsets! All staff were brilliant, especially Alex who was so generous with his time to explain about life in Sri Lanka. Food excellent.

The view in the front garden where the pool and loungers are is to die for. You look right over (and can hear) the ocean at all time. Magnificent. The villa and rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were so sweet and friendly.
