“Very kind family”

This homestay is owned by a lovely family. Our room was beautiful decorated with good facilities. The pool was very clean and a great temperature. Breakfast was delicious and very generous. Good location with plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

The pool area is lovely. The breakfast is so good. The room is a good size with comfy bed and mosquito net. And the main thing is the hosts are so friendly!

Mirissa Blue Whale Hotel A perfect, friendly and cosy hotel. Rooms are ifragrrant and mmaculately clean as is the linen. There is a peaceful, calm and relaxed atmosphere within this small hotel, and an excellentt pool and delicious and plentiful breakfast. The Owner and his team are lovely, friendly and so helpful. We had a fantastic time here and would highly recommend it!!

Our room was small but clean. Location was good, easy walk to Main Street and lots of good restaurants close by. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean and had comfortable sun beds. Staff were kind and friendly.

I wouldn’t look any further! The family who runs the place is incredibly kind. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and both the beach and good restaurants are within easy walking distance. Highly recommended!

Sahan and his crew were very friendly and very helpful. The place is in a great location, close but not too close to the action and lots of good resteraunts nearby. The swimming pool was lovely to cool down in and chill around.

Lovely family hotel. Fabulous downstairs rooms - newly renovated. The hosts are fabulous, helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommend. Pool was a great to mix with other guests. It was a lovely stay.

The location was ideal. Only about a 5 minute walk from the main strip! The hotel it self is a family run business, and everyone is so friendly! The pool was definitely a highlight it was clean and large. The breakfast every morning was delicious too and very filling!

The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Communal areas like the pool were lovely, and the breakfast was delicious and prepared with real care. Rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. I loved sitting outside on the verandah, it was very relaxing. We would love to come back here!

“This property feels like a scam - being a homestay its totally at the owners discrimination to allocate rooms and not on”

Property is about half a kilometre from the beach, but there are better options with a beach front. On a positive note, the Sri Lankan breakfast was fresh and tasty, and that was the only highlight of the stay.
