The view over the Indian Ocean is fantastic. Gami, the host, is very friendly. The Sri Lankan "country" style breakfasts were the best we had throughout our trip. The room is of a good size and very bright and airy. Wifi very good.

The location is amazing with such a great view of the ocean, you can just sit and watch the sunset from the balcony. The owner is lovely - very friendly, accommodating and informative.

Great place to stay! The view was amazing and it was a short walk to both freedom and secret beach. The host was super helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely every morning. Would stay here again

If you are looking for a quiet place with a breathtaking view, this is the perfect choice. At first, the building being under construction might be a bit surprising, but it did not disturb our stay at all. We had a room with a direct sea view, and it was never noisy. The room was very clean, and the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was generous and delicious. A friendly peacock even came to visit from time to time 😉 The city can be reached within 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by tuk-tuk (around 800 rupees per ride). The hotel is close to two beautiful beaches. The owner is extremely friendly and always happy to give helpful tips and recommendations.

Everything was perfect. The owner of the place is extremely nice and always willing to help with whatever we needed. He recommended us a great restaurant called Livona for lunch and dinner (which is very close the accommodation). The breakfast at the villa was tasty and sufficient. The location of the villa is excellent: it’s only 2 minutes away from the secret beach and very close to a beautiful sunset viewpoint. It’s a bit difficult to reach the city center, but since the villa is so close to the secret beach, there are always tuk-tuks available to take you in the center. However, if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy an amazing view, there’s no need to go to the city center very often, as the place is quiet and cozy. There is some construction work nearby, but the noise didn’t reach the room, so it didn’t bother us.

Great location and view. Close to mirissa but away from the crowds. Gamini was an excellent host and gives you a generous breakfast. Gentleman, the peacock may even drop in for breakfast 😉

“A Secret Gem near Secret Beach.”

I was here for my honeymoon and this place is a gem in Mirissa. Overlooking the Indian Ocean, the property is just 2mins away from the secret beach which has the best vibe in Mirissa. Secluded and beautiful, where you can be yourself. There are peacocks which roam around in the property. The food was good as well. Gamini is a kind host who helped us get cabs from airport and to Ella our next destination. Kumar is a great help and always present to make our stay comfortable. I had injured myself they were kind enough to get me medicines free of cost. Book here for your best nights in Mirissa.
