“Comfortable and Relaxing stay”

We stayed at this property for two nights as part of our 11-day family trip around Sri Lanka. The property was clean, comfortable, and well suited to our needs. Chamila and his wife were very helpful and maintained close communication with us throughout, ensuring our stay was smooth and hassle-free.

“Spacias 3 bedroom apartment”

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious three-bedroom apartment on the second floor. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, and the space was perfect for our family. Chamila and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. They truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was good , within walking distance of several beautiful beaches where we snorkelled and even swam with turtles — an unforgettable experience! Chamila also organised a fantastic boat trip for us, where we were lucky enough to see whales and dolphins. There are also lots of great restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed 101 Restaurant in Mirissa, as well as VUBU Fire Kitchen, 360 Madiha Restaurant, and Baba’s in Polhena. A special mention goes to Casa Cafe Tharin for serving the best apple crumble cake we’ve ever had! We recommend a great tuk-tuk driver who was always just five minutes away whenever we called. He was very safe, had a large and comfortable tuk-tuk, and even arranged a taxi to Galle for us, which made our travel so easy and stress-free. It was a very nice stay the apartment was super cozy with a nice balcony. The housekeeper is very sweet and super nice and also offered to do our laundry. They accommodated all our request, so very happy

“Good location between Marissa and Mahida”

Chamila is a very nice host with excellent communication via WhatsApp. The small pool to cool off in is lovely. A great restaurant zephyr is in walking distance where you can eat good food and use their sunloungers on the beach. Cargills is nearby for shopping. Mahida village is a 35 min walk and Marissa beach you can take a bus as the bus stop is nearby or pickme tuktuk/taxi. We stayed in the 2nd floor apartment. The house is just off the main A2 road.

Super clean & spacious apartments, with a refreshing pool which has been cleaned everyday. The owner Chamila & his lovely family are super welcoming and do everything to give you the best stay possible. The location is perfect, with short tuktuk distances to the different beaches & spots around Mirissa. Thanks again!

“Great base for families or groups of up to 6 for use as a base for local beaches.”

This is a nice, spacious, quiet apartment that sleeps 6 (3 large comfortable double beds). There is a small pool for children and Chamila is an excellent host. We used it as a base to visit beaches - the excellent Mirissa beach is just 5 minutes in a Tuk Tuk. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it - very good value for money

The people were really nice and welcoming. The stay was nice, with a private room, bathroom and kitchen aswell. Everything was really clean. Comfortable bed and nice and quiet location. We had the pool to ourselves too wich was great.

Hospitable and helpful hosts. Spacious floor in a large house, nice bedroom, equipped kitchen, swimming pool, nice bathroom. You can't hear the street much, there's a lake nearby. Nice place, definitely recommend!

“Fantastic value for money”

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment right by some really nice local beaches and restaurants. Just a tuk tuk ride away from Mirissa. Everything is really nicely organized, plenty of place to dry wet clothes, a fantastic WiFi connection, really good air conditioning and nice comfortable beds with mosquitonets. The pool was fantastic, our girls loved to swim there! The hosts are so welcoming and nice making sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend booking tours from them instead of booking more expensively through internet. The villa is in a quiet place. Thank you Chamila and family, we had a fantastic time and hope to see you again one day!

Our stay at Lake View Villa mirissa absolutely blew us away and even though it's looks incredible in the picture. exceeded our expectations. While it looks cool in the photo. It is even cooler to experience in person. We loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning ,the living and dining area are all comfortable, clean and attractive spaces ,pool is my favourite pool I've ever swam in .the service chamila and shanika added to our stay with their friendliness and exceptional service. Location is great in that is close to mirissa, weligama, polhena,kamburugamuwa and madhiha beaches. We had such wonderful time here. Absolutely beautiful place. The rooms are luxurious. It's modern, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable, the WiFi was great for our remote work

Fantastic Room,beautiful location, the staff were really kind. Food and drink were good. Honestly I never usually can be bothered to write review after staying in lake view villa, but for this one I had to because we enjoyed it so much. The room sizes were great and excellent air conditioned, bathrooms. Cheerful and friendly staff. Lovely refreshing pool with sun bed. great location with lots of good restaurants in either side and not far from the main road with a supermarket, multiple shops and more restaurants. Evening was perfect, clean, beautiful with functioning (Ac,fan,shower with hot water etc) Also the WiFi facilities at the villa was top notch. I had to log on to an urgent office call and the hosts shared the WiFi and it was fast and had good bandwidth. I don't think it would be an issue for anyone who wishes to work at the villa. We are quite satisfied with the choice we made with the villa, mainly due to the variety of facilities from the kitchen to washing machines. This place is very close to mirissa, polhena and madihe and weligama beach.
