“Good and nice place with perfect location”
Big and spacious room! Big and comfortable beds, nice balcony. Everything was good. Nice breakfast, they have two options. One srilankan and second more western. Both are good and enough. The staff is very friendly.

“Underrated. Highly recommend!”
Felt more than 2 star for sure! We've stayed in 5 star hotels in Sri Lanka that was far worse. Big room, very comfy king bed, fridge, huge balcony (but beware the monkeys if you have food), room service and laundry facilities. Location was great in the middle of the strip and down a small alley.

The rooms were very spacious, with a big terrace. The breakfast was good and the staff was very kind. The position also is very good, just 50 meters from Mirissa beach, you cross the street and you already are on the beach.

Great hotel, with great staff, and a perfect location, very close to Mirissa Beach. Breakfast was amazing and the room was big and comfortable. Chana is exceptional, he always goes above and beyond any expectations for his guests. Highly recommended to stay there if you go to Mirissa.
