The most lovely and generous hosts, who went above and beyond - we needed to check out super early and they made sure breakfast was ready for us before we left, we got a handmade bracelet each on leaving as a gift, and the breakfast was incredible! This place is perfectly located 5-10 min walk from the beach and from the main beach bars.

We were happy with absolutely everything! The hosts were lovely and gave us cold bottles of water upon arrival and when we were checking out. The breakfast was the biggest and tastiest we had during our trip. The room looked basic but had everything we needed. The ac was working perfectly so we had a good night’s sleep in a cool room. The location is great, very close to the beach. The parking space is limited but the hosts made sure we had a place to park.

Our room was located on the top floor with a furnished balcony with early morning sun and welcome afternoon shade. The room was spotless, spacious, extremely quiet, with solid doors and windows providing the best soundproofing of our five week stay, with strong WiFi. Equipped with a large fridge freezer, and quiet, new air-conditioning we were very comfortable and slept well. The annexe outside our room boasted a sink, kettle, cutlery and crockery and is shared with just one other room. Our hosts and their family were genuine, friendly, helpful and dedicated to offering a level of hospitality warranting ten stars. Breakfast was delicious, nutritious, fresh and varied....the best of our holiday. Homemade rotis, omelettes, hoppers, coconut pancakes, Dahl, and a large fresh fruit platter each, with yoghurt.....and anything you wished to change was never a problem. Large, small and beach towels were provided and our bed linen was changed after only a couple of days. Thank you for the lift to the bus stop and for making this stay a highlight of our Sri Lanka holiday! With a five minute walk to beach, shops, restaurants and supermarket this accommodation is a perfect, central base for anyone wishing to explore Mirissa....and only five mins walk from the main bus stop with buses to Colombo , Matara, Weligama and Tangalle all passing regularly.

Location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The breakfast was AMAZING, the best we've had in Sri Lanka and the hosts were so warm, friendly and hospitable. The room was huge.....a comfy bed and a powerful shower. The air-con was also brilliant.
