We stayed for one week and loved our time here. The breakfast was one of our favorite parts since they offered new options every morning. The staff was lovely and we felt very welcome. Will be back for sure!

We had a great time at Eden Roc. The house is family-run, and the host is very kind and helpful. The location is convenient. The room with a balcony is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is plentiful. We recommend it!

Everything was perfect. The host decorated our room for my girlfriends birthday, it was amazing. Everything clean and tidy. The breakfast was AMAZING. their traditional.

We were well taken care of, the host is very easy to communicate with and arrange things with. Breakfast were amazing with seasonal fruits and they customized the menu to fit your needs and allergies. While close to main street we slept very well and didn't hear the traffic.

I highly recommend this hotel, I can say it looks better than many hotels in Europe. The ladies here were very kind, they prepared breakfast for us every morning and helped us with any problem.

The location of the property is very convenient. Restaurants and shops nearby and across the road from the beach.A short walk to Parrot Rock and Turtle Beach.The host was kind and friendly and she was a great cook. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

We stayed 7 nights and really enjoyed our time at Eden Roc. It feels more like a homestay with Lakmini, the host and her family. There is a peaceful atmosphere. Nice breakfast. Nice location

The location was excellent! It was just a few steps to parrot rock and a few more to coconut tree hill, you have a lot of reastaurants and bars near by, but it was still quiet at night, so we slept great.

Lakmi is the sweetest! She made us feel like at home. The room was big and had everything we needed. The AC saved our days from the heat and the room was very clean. The environment is quiet and cozy. Very close to all the shops and restaurants and 1 minutes far walking to one of the main surf spots in Mirissa. We will come back soon!

Amazing location: 3 minutes walk to the beach and located directly above parrot rock, so you're close to the main beach but also e.g. turtle beach. The place is located a little off the main road so it's very quiet. - Very friendly host: we arrived quite late, but it was no problem to check in, the host was already waiting for us. She was also very responsive with everything we needed (e g. new batteries for the AC remote) and even made us a delicious breakfast the morning we left. - Spacious room: the room, bed and bathroom were very spacious and everything looked very new, we must have been one of the first guests.
