The room was spacious and well kept. The stay is surrounded by a nature and can spot wild life in and around the stay.

The rooms are exceptionally spacious, each featuring a private balcony overlooking a lush garden and a serene water stream. The entire setting feels natural, peaceful and aesthetically pleasing. Both the rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean, with beautifully maintained interiors which are very much in line with what you see in the Google photos. Although we didn’t meet the owner in person (as he was in Colombo during our stay), he was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout. He promptly addressed all our queries and went above and beyond to assist us during the fuel crisis, even helping arrange tuk-tuks and airport transfers around Mirissa. The property is slightly remote from the beach and busy areas, which makes it perfect for those seeking tranquility and a true connection with nature. We were delighted to spot plenty of peacocks and a monitor lizard and waking up to the sounds of birds, squirrels and the gentle stream was a unique and refreshing experience. You can even see fish in the stream right from your balcony. The caretakers deserve special mention…they were polite, humble and always ready to help, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent accommodation, excellent staff, nothing was a problem. The owner spent 16 years as flight attendant with a top airline and knows how to take care about his guests. But he is not only professional, he is also a lovely person. Thank you for late check out after our whale watching trip or the evening snack!

Niluk is a great host with a gem of a place in nature. We enjoyed our stay surrounded by nature — birds singing, geckos, peacock and much more. He was hospitable, quick to respond to our needs, and helped us whenever we needed assistance. We felt at home, which made our trip easy and enjoyable. The pictures accurately reflect the wonderful condition of the accommodation. We would come again anytime!

The host was really helpful in explaining about Mirissa and also guiding us in places we have to visit. We had peacocks roaming around overall we had great experience. We stayed three nights at Bali Villa Mirissa and absolutely loved it. The accommodation is beautifully set in a natural, peaceful location away from the crowds, yet you’re only a five-minute tuk-tuk ride from the center of Mirissa. The owner is incredibly friendly and took the time to chat with us several times, which made the stay even more personal. The room has a comfortable bed and air conditioning, and you can do your laundry there for free. They also offer reliable Wi-Fi and free drinking water. If we ever return to Mirissa, this is without a doubt the place we would choose again.

We were warmly welcomed to Bali Villa, we arrived earlier than planned but they were happy for us to drop of our luggage. When we returned the room was ready and the luggage was inside. The room was as pictures show, nice furniture, spotlessly clean, modern but welcoming. The room had a fridge, facilities to make hot drinks, plenty of hot water, crisp white linen and towels. There was provision to top up our water bottles from the filter and there was a washing machine with soaps and softness to use. There was also a kitchen area but we did not use this. We loved the roof top terrace and sat up there most evenings looking at the stars and enjoying the wildlife. Bali Villa is about a 20 minute walk to the center and beaches, which we did walk a few times, but we also hired a scooter for the week. Bali Villa is a beautiful calm oasis, full of nature and wild life, very relaxing. Neluk was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. It was so nice getting to know him and chatting with him. Thankyou for an amazing stay and your hospitality. We would definitely recommend Bali villa and hope to come back another time.

We liked the hospitality and availability of the owner. He helped us to book taxis, to buy a sim card...Team very kind. Easy access to the self catering equipment. Lot of space available. Beautiful location. Beautiful bedroom. All very clean. Bicycles were at our disposal.

Hands down Friendliest villa owner I have met. From the first greetings to final goodbyes he truly treated my friends and family with an exceptional hospitality and excellent customer service. His communication with the booking details were outstanding. Very quick responder. Overall the villa was clean, spacious, safe environment, affordable and family friendly. Location wise, easy to get around mirissa. Definitely recommend Bali villa mirissa to anyone who’s looking for a stay in down south Sri Lanka.

“Fantastic property and people”

The moment we arrived to be greeted by Niluk, the owner of the Villas, we both felt as ease and happy, Niluk was very professional and wanted to greet us personally to make sure we had every thing we needed. The location , being just little bit out of town gave the whole area a wonderful sense of calm, Having the use bicycles (free of charge) to go back and forth also gave my wife and I a sense of complete freedom as we cold come and go as we pleased. Niluk also arrange for our transfer back to Columbo, we had the best vehicle out of all the transfers we arranged and it was significantly cheaper than the other options we had been using to date. This was a really great place to stay, the staff we also very kind hearted and friendly.

My friend and I spent the best 4 days in Bali Villa Mirissa. The area is well-maintained, very quiet, lots of animals. The house is comfortable. Niluk is a wonderful person. My friend had a birthday, he gave her a surprise. Everything was great!!! There are also wonderful boys working at the villa who always helped us! We are very grateful for such a warm welcome! We will definitely come again.

We had the Best time! ❤️ The room was great, so is the shower, and air conditioner. All surrounding with beautiful nature garden, birds, and some animals. To get to the city there is a bike that you can take. But we realy enjot the walking, even at night💜 Hope to come back again🪻💕

“Modern Villas 😊”

Really good villa, spacious and well kept. Lookout balcony and some lovely birds flying around and close up. Great shower and bathroom and no problem with mosquitoes as the place is well built and maintained.

The room was very big and clean, with a nice bathroom and great view of the river. The owner even did our laundry free of charge! He was very helpful as well, he made sure we felt right at home!
