Our two-week stay was absolutely superb. From the warm welcome drink to the heartfelt farewell, the service was world-class and made us feel right at home. The facilities—especially the pool and the wildlife-filled gardens—are stunning. The entire team, though small, is truly amazing. Every member of staff went out of their way for us, including the chef who prepared incredible meals, and the waiters and room service team, who were always attentive and smiling. They kept everything spotless, and the security staff made us feel safe and looked after throughout our stay. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants, with supermarkets and shops nearby. The managers are incredible and can organise any excursion at excellent rates; our trip to Yala National Park to see elephants and crocodiles was a major highlight. A special thank you for the romantic Valentine’s Day dinner—it was the best meal of our entire holiday! They truly went above and beyond for us. We cannot recommend this place enough and hope to return soon."

The staffs at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Tharusha for being extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Good location near the Main Street and easy walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants. Quiet. Staff and hotel manager was amazing and helped me changed room when I arrive as the one I was offered had a lot of mold due to the humidity. There was anti-mosquitoes plug in the room, quite helpful. Food was good

“Great location, great facilities, great staff, but poor plumbing!”

The location is ideal due to it maintaining close proximity to the main street without being too close. We did not experience any traffic noise and only had to walk 1 or 2 minutes to get in to the action.

This was our final stop before heading back to Negombo, and it was a great choice. We picked the hotel for its strong reviews and the pool, and it didn’t disappoint. While it’s not directly on the beach, it’s an easy walk to the shore, with supermarkets, money exchange, and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with strong water pressure in the shower. The balcony was a nice addition—giving us space to sit, enjoy the view, and get some fresh air. Breakfast was excellent—generous portions with plenty of options. The pool was a highlight for the kids, with both shallow and deeper sections to enjoy. What really made the stay was the team. From reception to security, everyone was friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile.

The rooms were very spacious and clean with big bathrooms. Very large comfortable beds. Nice big balcony. Aircon was on when we got there which is a rarity. Breakfast was very good and they served it earlier due to our flight. The pool was excellent, large and very clean. Also enjoyed the garden setting. The staff were wonderful and attended to every need. Excellent location.

“Great value with large pool and good location”

Great large pool which was shaded in afternoon (plus as we had enough sun), location close to supermarket and main road but not noisy, friendly and helpful staff. Several options for breakfast. Visiting peacock to our balcony. Upstairs front double rooms were nice and had balcony.

“Great stay in Mirissa!!”

Best location. A few minute walk from the beach & lots of restaurants. There’s also a massive supermarket round the corner if you need anything! Could also easily get a tuktuk from down the road from the hotel if you wanted to go anywhere further. The staff were so kind and couldn’t do enough for you! We had a problem with the bathroom drainage on our first day and they sorted it out first thing the next day when we told them about it. They also stored our bags safely before check in and after check out. Our room itself was lovely - had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Mirissa.

“Aura by Epic”

The air conditioned room was a welcome relief to someone who is more accustomed to a cooler climate. The hotel provided a refreshment and plenty of water upon arrival which was appreciated. I also made use of the on-site pool in the early evening to cool down which was pleasant before dinner. The room itself had everything and more that was needed. Always had a good night sleep during my 4 night stay, which was great for someone who doesn't always sleep well in anything other than their own bed.

“Amazing”

Everything was perfect, the room, the hotel, the staff, the pool, the food, the location, you will not find a better hotel than this one. Slightly off the main road so no noise of traffic or the busy street but only a 10 min walk from the beach. Staff go above and beyond, make you feel very welcome and are very accommodating. If I come back to Sri Lanka I will stop here again.
