“Extremely helpful host!”
Indika, the host, was extraordinarily helpful. Mirissa was jam packed over the holidays, but Indika still made us feel welcome and comfortable. He helped arrange surf lessons at a good price, bought good quality fruit for us, advised on travel logistics, and loaned us his own snorkel masks for free. His wife was also kind and helpful.

“Family run hotel that makes you feel at home”
I really enjoyed my stay. The owner and his staff are super friendly and helpful. They get out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. They’ve also upgraded me to a room with an air con free of charge which was super nice! The beach is directly around the corner where you can sit in a very nice cafe.

Indika is the best host you will find in Mirissa! He is so friendly and helpful and is always smiling. The rooms have everything you need and are very clean. The breakfast is amazing, too!

“Words are not enough - go say hi and you’ll be convinced!”
Wow so many great things to say about this place. Great location, great room, great breakfast, but most of all wow wow wow Indika, who runs the place with his family, is such a joy. Always a big smile and a laugh, and he helped us with so so so many things. Laundry, scooter rental, pcr tests, places to go, things to see. Told us about history, tsunami, everything. Seriously, the hotels with sea view are nice yes, but you’ll get so much more value being here.

The host is super friendly and was extremely caring and helpful. He even let us sleep in a nicer room for our second night and brought us tea and borrowed goggles for free. The place is only 2 minutes walking distance from the beautiful beach, for us it was the perfect location. Breakfast is served in the really pretty garden and each room has their own little terrace. Thanks again for everything!

“A small place with a big heart, and a great breakfast”
Indica Was one of the most friendly and attentive Hosts that anyone could hope for. The room was immaculate with great tiling and a very comfortable bed.I had the good fortune of being invited to a family gathering at the guest house, where I was made to feel like part of the family and offered lovely food. Off the main road, it’s extremely secure and literally a two minute walk to the beach. Breakfast were for a four course affair, with masses of tea several Sri Lankan delights and a huge plate of Lovely fruit. I literally only had breakfast and then became hungry in the evening at dinner!
