“Our favourite stay in Sri Lanka! Would recommend”

It was in a good location. The bathroom and the interior design was really nicely done. Good shower pressure with hot water which we didn’t find everywhere we stayed in Sri Lanka. Bed was super comfy and we had our room cleaned after 2 days. We asked to stay an extra day as we loved it so much and the staff were really helpful in sorting this! Would recommend, was our favourite stay in Sri Lanka.

“A very nice guest house on a quiet side street”

The room was quiet and clean. Sadi who met us made us feel very welcome. He was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. The bed was comfortable, The best part was watching the monkeys in the morning, one even came onto our balcony.

The location is perfect, quiet and relaxing place but still very close to the center, the room has everything that we need, clean, private bathroom, AC, mini fridge, balcony with ocean view (top floor), very nice breakfast, staff very nice, overall a very good experience

Amanda was an exceptional place to stay when exploring Mirissa. It is so close to everything yet off the main road, so very quiet. The rooms and facilities were extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. There was always someone to greet us on arrival which we were so grateful for. As 2 female travellers we felt very safe and welcomed. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

“Great value for money”

Very clean room, seemed practically new. Good air conditioning and hot water. Good location to access the south end of the main Mirissa beach but off the main road far enough that it wasn't particularly noisy (can still hear it but at 10%). Definitely value for money and would stay again!

“Lovely shower and great views”

It is a modern, lovely room with fantastic views! Upon arrival, they had the AC already running for us - this was very appreciated as it was a hot day and we had just traveled for over an hour from Galle. The room is spacious, with great seating and a good fridge with freezer component. In the morning, monkeys climbed past our windows! The accommodation is up a bit of a hill, but there are lots of shops and food places nearby. Beaches are a short walk away. If you choose to buy fruit for yourself from the local supermarket (Cargills), the host can supply you with cutlery and plates. A laundry service is also available (extra cost). The bathroom and shower are fantastic!

It had everything other accomodations did not; and I spent some time watching reviews in the area - good AC, fridge, balcony with an actual view (sea and sunrise!), good Wifi. No “surprises”; the only one was the host being kind to allow me a late check in, matching my flight.

Very close to the main road, great value, efficient and helpful staff and owner. Comfortable and clean room.

Great location, clean rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. A very good hotel in terms of value for money. Having air conditioning is a big plus, as it’s essential for a comfortable night’s sleep in Mirissa. The only improvement point would be the bed—it could be more comfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you!

- A/C worked well. - Mini fridge in the room. - Shower had good pressure but no hot/warm water really. - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels all provided. - Owners were really nice and friendly.
