Disappointed with both booking.com and OYO management. At the first place BDC has not given the correct picture of the boutique Inn.. It will probably be good for backpackers but not for the elderly people. No lift. The stairs are very steep. The family room we booked was very congested. Washroom clean but no space. We were requested to pay in advance by the hotel vis WhatsApp even though our payment was taken when we booked by the BDC. We didn't stay there due to no lift and my spouse cannot climb stairs. We moved to another hotel. We asked both the parties to refund our payment. Both sides passed the ball to each side even though the hotel agreed to cancel our booking and willing to refund if BDC agreed. Until today no refund. Thank you BDC for not thinking of the customer satisfaction. I am being a Genius member you declined our calls to call centre +60 3-7724 4265

This hotel does not provide breakfast as advertise but its okay since there's lots of restaurant/club/pub/convenience store around. The room are clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Definately staying here again since its also near to Bintang Mall and others

“Good location”
The location and staff were so friendly (5 stars for the front desk staff). Room was big and the aircond works very well. The lighting inside the room was cozy enough. Focus more on cleanliness especially inside the toilet.
