“Not dog friendly”
We booked this hotel as a pet friendly hotel but when we arrived with our husky we were told we could not stay as she was too big They only accept dogs up th 7kg This was not stated in the booking information. We were eventually allowed to stay after much discussion as we had travelled many hours to get there. There were no water bowls in reception which most pet friendly hotels provide and the small amount of grass in the front of the hotel had signs saying dogs not allowed. We were given a room on the top floor which was very nice but not very convenient when your dog wants to go for a wee. I would not class this hotel as dog friendly

Very bad management, especially for invoices and communications. Also, the staff has zero accountability and is incompetent. These have ruined the impression of our stay.

“Lovely stay in a great suite”
Upgraded to a lovely suite with balconies and comfortable sofa. Bed was comfy and bathroom very well appointed. Swimming pool and grounds were nice.
