“Oasis for visiting hectic yet magical Venezia .”
Oasis of peaceful yet very close and handy for visiting Venezia. Excellent room, modern facilities, great breakfast and joyful talks with owner, smiles included. Easy car park, supermarket a minute away, great restaurants two minutes far. Quiet in the night thanks to good mood of the neighbor dogs. Cool by airco. All good!

excellent, everything you need after a long walk around Venice, a good shower, coffee and a comfortable bed, clean, tidy and quiet, if I come again I will definitely sleep there again.

Great stay, large room, and quiet relaxing location to recharge after visits to Venezia. Bus to Venezia is a 5 minute walk, then you are in Venzia in no time.

“Amazing!”
Easily the best place we've stayed at! So different from all other hotels/bnbs. Huge rooms that look even better in person. Quiet place very close to Venice. Breakfast is available at any times during the day. I would give 11/10 if I could. Simply amazing!

“Nice, quiet and beautiful”
Very nice and quiet area. There is private parking inside the gate, you can check in even if there is nobody in the reception. The room was beautiful and well cleaned.

“Great hotel with wonderful staff”
I have to make special mention of the lovely lady on reception who went out of her way to help my partner who had forgotten her shampoo. Thank you so much! That's not such a big deal for me, but apparently, it's a huge issue for girls! She gave my partner her own shampoo and refused to take payment for it.

“Wonderful place”
The building is very beautiful. It kept the original structure and was renovated with modern elements. Very clean, good breakfast. We had AC which was very helpful in the hot days.

“Beautiful city, great hotel.”
Quiet, peaceful place near Venice. A few kilometers from the hotel there is a train station with a large, free parking lot, where you can leave your car. The journey to Venice takes only 20 minutes, connections are frequent, trains are clean and air-conditioned. After a tiring day in this beautiful city, it was nice to return to the hotel and relax in silence. Very good breakfasts and very nice service. I sincerely recommend.
