“A Peaceful Gem Near Venice with Great Tips”

This charming property is perfectly located in a quiet and peaceful area, and a short distance from Venice. The hosts were incredibly helpful and always ready to answer any question or offer assistance at any time, which made our stay feel very welcoming. When we arrived, a lovely bottle of champagne was waiting for us, along with detailed instructions on the best ways to spend our time, local attractions to visit, and the best nearby restaurants to try. This guidance was extremely useful and helped us make the most of our trip. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, beautifull, and extremely comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Venice or looking for a peaceful retreat nearby!

Everything what is needed is there, property is very clean

From the location of the house to the cleanliness of the house, everything was very good. The mattress of the bed was very comfortable. We were 4 people including me my wife and 2 little girls a 6y old and a 5 month old it's a great place to stay with family. The location of the house is very good. There are three markets near the house We had a very relaxing trip.

Our host Filippo was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at his cafe was a nice touch. The place is about a 15-minute walk or a short drive from a bus stop, with buses running regularly to Venice and back till late. The ride is about 1/2 an hour and feels safe. Great option for budget conscious travellers.

Brilliant apartment with all the amenities. Great kitchen and bathroom.

Very comfortable and firm pull-out bed (couch). The area is very peaceful, with a 20min bus ride to Venice. One way ticket was only 1,50€, but we drove a little bit to another station so the ticket was a bit cheaper. The station is very close, also the ticket shop, cafes and market. At the apartment we had almost everything we needed - milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, pastry, jam, juice, regular and sparkling water and a big bottle of champagne 🙂 Also all the ammenities if you want to prepare your own meals. The owner was very kind and helpful, he explained the bus route and schedule to us and showed us around. Our stay was very pleasant and would reccomend staying here if you plan to visit Venice. It was the best value for money.
