“Great stay”
We liked absolutely everything, fantastic place to stay when visiting Venice, easy access by bus with bus stop near by, apartment have everything what you need for comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable, rooms huge, very well equipped kitchen, large bathroom with million clean towels etc. We really enjoyed that stay, highly recommend to everyone.

“We all agree to come back to the same apartment on our next visit to Venice”
Everything was very comfortable, convenient and clean. The location is great, bus stop for Venice is 2 minutes from the apartment. It takes 25 minutes to Piazzale Roma in Venice. The heating is great, there are also two additional air conditioning units for extra heating. The kitchen has all appliances available, including a dishwasher. The host is very kind.

1. I didn't have any expectations when I first arrived, but it was a surprisingly nice house from the moment I entered the house. 2. Both rooms are spacious, and the beds are very clean and great. 3. This is a newly remodeled house, and its interior facilities are of the highest standard. 4. It has better facilities than a 5-star hotel, and everything you need for your stay is well prepared. 5. I would recommend it to anyone without any hesitation. 6. In particular, it is the best location for travelers who rent a car. Parking lot available

Accommodation was surprisingly big and nice. We stayed here during road trip through north Italy and it is pity that it was just one night. Very nice, clean, generous flatowner, everything was perfect :)

“A perfect apartment for family”
A very nice and spacious facility very nicely and tastefully decorated. It suites perfectly for a family stay. I was traveling with family of 4 and all felt very comfortable and relaxed in the facility. The host was super friendly and caring. I arrived late than the time conveyed but they waited for me to hand over the keys. Had some issues with language as both the host could hardly speak English, but over all very helpful. The bus stop (bus 53E) is right in front of the hotel which takes you to Venice in 30-35 min.

Very spacious apartment with two separate large bedrooms, very clean and modern. Very well equipped with everything we needed and more. The check-in process was smooth and parking space was available. The host is very friendly & kind & even gave us souvenirs. Really enjoyed & would gladly stay again.
