Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and incredibly comfortable, but what really makes it special is the outdoor space — truly fantastic. We spent Christmas here and even used the fireplace, which works perfectly and made the atmosphere even more magical. Matt was always helpful, responsive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and are already thinking of coming back in the summer.

“Beautiful spot”
It is a fantastic spot. The surroundings are gorgeous and the house itself is beautiful and very comfortable. The pizza oven and gas grill was constantly in use as we ate delicious meals every night. Would easily recommend this spot to anyone traveling in Tuscany.

“Great place to relax”
Villa located in the nature. Very clean and with all the comfort you need. Rooms are big and beds comfortable. Communication with owner was perfect and he was really flexible and nice towards us. We would definitely come back on better season.

“Amazing villa in nature”
The villa had everything! well equipped, surrounded with beautiful nature and spacious for also 9 people. There was also nice table to eat and cook outside :) Amazing weekend!
