The hotel is undoubtedly in a beautiful part of Italy. Minori is much quieter than the big 4 but definitely worth staying. I do wonder if the owner has lost her love for the property though. It could be so much more than it is and if she asked I’d volunteer. The room I stayed in was very clean and very functional. I had a 2nd floor room only accessible by stairs but that’s in the information. Don’t book it if stairs are a problem. The bathroom is small but of course it will be as a shower cubicle had to be added as tourist expectations rose. There was plenty hot water, clean towels and a comfortable bed. I didn’t use the air conditioning but will assume it worked fine. I had a room overlooking the road so no view and traffic noise may be a problem to some. Don’t book here if noise may be a problem as there’s nothing to be done about it. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The cleaning staff were lovely. The SITA bus stops right outside and the tabachi sells single journey bus tickets. Check the last bus back to Minori and get the one before in case they’re full. The taxi fares are astronomical €60 for 3 kilometres. Small supermarket, fruit shop etc just across the road. Cautionary tale. Unless you’re marathon standard of fitness don’t walk up to Ravello. 1500 plus steps, uneven paths and the view, well it’s ok 😉 Walking down is a doddle by comparison.

room and bathroom were clean, of the old charme from some decades ago and came with a massive terrace. the hotel building is circumnavigated by strada amalfitana, so be aware of some traffic noise. old town and shops are nearby. good option when thru hiking costiera amalfitana.

Affordable stay in a great town. Was great for one night stay while backpacking through Amalfi coast.

- The breakfast was simple, just only a croissant and a cup of coffee provided for each person. The breakfast is at a cafe near by. - The location of the hotel is great. Very close to the beach and just right to the bus stop. It is very convinent to take buses to Amalfi or Salerno. - The room is decent with the price. The little balcony is a bonus.

Definitely a unique stay, old-fashioned decor but very pretty. The staff are polite and accommodating, and the air-conditioning works well. Breakfast is in another hotel about a three minute walk-away, with all your basics(toast, cereal, croissants, juice + coffee). It’s a beautiful location and only a minute or two away from great restaurants.
