We spent a wonderful weekend in a cottage. The house has everything you need for a kitchen and barbecue. Comfortable check-in. Comfortable beds and enough space for a small group. We were lucky with the weather and spent time not only in the house but also outdoors and swimming in the hot pool. We even caught the northern lights at night. The place is located near Reykjavik, and for a weekend getaway in a country house, it's perfect. We recommend it.

Everything was perfect! The TV, the hot tub, the cabin, the view, the facilities and the thing we all will miss the most are the beds. Absolutely mind blowing stay.

We were really happy with this cosy and comfortable cabin. It is spacious, good equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice hot tub and a beautiful view. Really recommend it

“An amazing place to get lost”
The location and the cabin. It was amazing! But the best thing for us was the owner, who was worried about us (we spent 2 nights during a weather red alert ). We really appreciated this!

“Awesome family place”
The cabin offers private space for several people. It is well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub is a real bonus. It is perfect to end a day on the golden circle. The restaurant is really good and affordable.

“A lovely cabin with great views, comfy interior, and an exceptionally responsive and friendly host.”
The cabin itself was lovely, well stocked, clean and comfy, with great views. The highlight was however the responsiveness of the host, helping with special requests, like how to turn off external lights to hope for Aurora…, and explaining the hot tub. Really great.
