Amazing location, on the river bank with view on rice fields. Great and super huge breakfast, delicious food. Helpful and friendly staff. Great value for money. PS. There is no hot water , but is not a problem one this climate at all.

Everything is fine except the woman who welcomed us doesn't speak any English and when we wanted to pay her she wanted to charge us an extra 10 usd, we still don't understand why. In the end we didn't pay her, she accepted what she says the Booking reservation.

“Great value for money. Highly recommended”
The location was superb. Very close to the main road. Also very close to the Minneriya reservoir and the canal, bordering a lovely paddy field. spacious, comfortable and clean. Extremely good value for the money. friendly and supportive staff (owners). We got only breakfast from them, which was very good and good price as well. Ample parking space and space to hang around.

“Safari Night in Sethway Village”
Beautiful and well-maintained area. From the terrace there is a magnificent view of the rice fields. Clean and spacious apartments. Very nice and welcoming hosts who can prepare a delicious breakfast and book a safari for you.

“Wonderful location and super lovely host”
The host is absolutely lovely. We felt so very welcomed. Throughout the 3 days of our stay, she took the best care of us (offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to our wishes, provided WiFI, brought us lemonade on the first day etc.). Furthermore, she arranged two very good Safari tours with a local guide for us (at a very fair price). We saw so many animals, including elephants. Exceptional is the location of this place as it is placed in the middle of rice fields. Just behind the house is a beautiful trail to take a long walk. We absolutely recommend staying at "Sethway Village".

“Calm and Quiet worthy place”
Highly Recommend. Cool ,calm place. Staff very friendly ,no hidden charges ! Plenty of space...😎 Overall,its the place you're looking for the night stay for next day journey!
