Location was where we needed to be. The breakfast was good. Service was friendly and welcoming. We loved JJ's Steakhouse right next door.

Booking Confirmation #: 6800673881 I reserved 2 King rooms/units at the exact same time, under the same transaction, with 1 card payment, on 12/2/2025 at 8:41 PM through the Booking.com app. I got a confirmation email for a total of $170.04. I received a check-in email 12/5/2025 at 3:16, to which I immediately completed, entering my card information, vehicle information, and submitting a photo of my ID. At check in on 12/6/2025 at 3:27 PM, I walked in to the main entrance up to the front desk where no one greeted me. Then from a door behind the counter, a man came out asking what I needed. I told him I was checking in and he asked for my card and ID. I provided it to him. He stated that he had a reservation for 1 room under my name. I informed him that I had booked 2 rooms. He immediately became defensive and rudely said “well I only have you down for 1 room.” I the pulled out my phone and brought up my reservation confirming 2 rooms and showed it to him. He quickly skimmed through it, completely disregarded the confirmation, and adamantly and rudely stated again “Well I only have you down for one room.” He then continued to look on his computer and eventually found it to which he dismissively made the excuse “you only completed check-in for 1 room.” I responded with asking, “You’d think I’d be checking in for both rooms??” (since I booked both rooms at the exact same time under the exact same transaction, with the exact same card.) Really?? For what reason would I have to lie or make up that I reserved 2 rooms?!?!?? I would like an upper level management staff or regional manager to contact me and confirm if it is standard procedure to have their staff dismiss and disregard their customers. Also, please confirm if I actually had to do 2 separate check-ins for 2 separate rooms that I booked at the same time, with the same card, during the same transaction, or if the staff was lying to me?

Thank you very much to the front desk staff — their assistance with all our questions was truly comprehensive. There is also a laundry facility available for hotel guests, which is very convenient.

We were really impressed with the guy at the front desk — he was very friendly and provided excellent service. We also liked the rooms, which were quite decent, with good TV. The parking lot was large, comfortable, and easy to use.The gym was fairly clean, and overall, we had a good experience at the hotel.
