“Terrible thanks to amistake by booking.com.”
I didn’t like the fact that Booking.com confirmed my reservation but in fact the hotel was overbooked, so I didn’t get a room after all thanks to Booking.com.

“Bed bugs, staff physically threatens you and no refund when you refuse to stay in a room w/bed bugs”
Firstly there was broken glass spinning around in the hot tub, my 10 year, myself and my friend were lucky not to be cut. Paris the front desk staff didn’t care, nor apologize. Then we lay down to go to sleep and find BED BUGS crawling under the pillows. When asking Paris for a manager she told me to “shut the f*** up stop asking (for the manager)” then she proceeded to say she was going to “beat my a**” in front of my son for asking to for the manager. When told I would be refunded due to having to find another hotel free of bed bugs, physical threats and broken glass, it has yet to happen and it’s been two weeks!
