“Great Amenities for Kids”
I recently stayed at the Aloft hotel in Minneapolis and was impressed by the number of great amenities for both kids and adults. While the price is a bit high compared to Chicago, the hotel is conveniently located just a 15 minute walk from the subway, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Aloft hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Minneapolis.

We came to Minneapolis to meet our in laws from Uruguay. Our flight from Uruguay had mechanical problems so instead of arrived on July 1st we arrived on July 2nd. We had booked two rooms , tried to cancel and get a refund (at least of one of the rooms) but they didn’t give us. We called the hotel and told us to ask Booking, so we contact Booking and they said depends on the hotel. Finally we couldn’t get a refund or credit for other day.

“No cancellation refund”
We had booked two rooms but we had a problem with our flight so instead of July 1st we arrived on July 2 nd. We tried to cancel our booking, they told us to call Booking but they said dependes on the hotel to cancel. The hotel never consider our flight problem, so they didn’t accept our cancellation and refund, at least one of the rooms.
