Set in the small town of Minervino di Lecce, Masseria Dei 12 Granai is 15 minutes' drive from the popular seaside resort of Otranto. It offers in the garden a swimming pool with a whirlpool and a barbecue for guests. This charming stone farmhouse offers rooms and apartments, each with a furnished patio area. All-air conditioned, accommodation here also features free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with hairdryer. The apartments also have a fully equipped communal kitchenette in the garden. A buffet breakfast is available each morning at 12 Granai. Free parking is provided on site. The Masseria is around 30 km south of historic Lecce. “The stay was a relaxing experience in a unique “Masseria” in the heart of Salento where to live the authenticity of the”
We loved about the property the well maintained common areas and the beautiful garden with the small but refreshing swimming pool that is equipped with hydro massage. The terrace where to take the sun after a refreshing bath was also really enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned, large, and with everything needed. We particularly appreciated the simple but at the same time elegant and authentic Salentinian style of the rooms, that made the overall stay really unique. Finally, you can really appreciate the history of the place, and its beautiful “granai”. Special thanks to the owners Tommaso and Renata that made our stay authentic and were always there for a nice talk and to suggest new places and restaurant to explore.

“Very nice experience, wonderful hosts! Definitely to repeat.”
The room was super quite and we had a private patio with chairs and table. The owners are very nice and friendly people, they even invited us for an after dinner drink at their table and they set up a table in the garden for our private dinner. They also allowed us to use their fridge.This location has also the facilities for bbq which is excellent and makes you feel at home! Tommaso e Renata suggested us an amazing restaurant in town!
