“Aweful”
We paid too high for staying at this hotel and we needed to left early (requested by the own employees) because there was an event hosting 300 people. Location is charming among the mountains but the price doesn't worth it. The service at the reception is very poor, restaurant shedule and service is very poor ( we wait too long and the food was ordinary). The restaurant was closed for guests on Thrusday.

“Classic mountain hotel in a gorgeous setting”
Hotel is set against a mountain, with a stream running through the lush gardens. Our room was old but well kept and absolutely spotless. The cleanliness of the hotel is beyond fault. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the view from our room was spectacular.

Staff were friendly and gave us a great room with a view. Hotel was beautifully clean, with great sized shower and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable as well.

“The reception staff were lovely and really helpful. Didn’t see any other overseas tourist during my three night stay.”
The situation and garden is wonderful. A real mountain oasis. There is a footpath to the right of the car park which climbs up into the mountains and forest which is a wonderful hike with good shoes needed. The breakfast in the restaurant was good. I couldn’t get the shower hot and cold water to mix so the shower was either too hot or very cold. The plumbing is noisy.

Perfect place in a lovely PUEBLO MAGICO, Town, surrounded by mountains, nature, lovely gardens, beautiful restaurant Very Romantic. Ideal for couples and families, the showers are great, lots of pressure and warm water.
